My wearable art is created using just wool, soap and water! I hand felt animal inspired headwear in the stunningly tactile medium of felt, rich in colour and dramatic in texture resulting in horned beasts and majestic stags. woodland animals and adored domestic pets. My work is fun and functional keeping you noticed by day and snug by night, for year round cosy Winter wear, Cosplay creations or for festival fun!

I follow the ancient art of wet felt making using just wool, soap and water. This process was revealed to me while attending a children's art day with my kids at the Brighton Museum. We returned home and together created a large scale felt wall hanging for our living room... and my passion grew from there.

Carefully blending different wools and animal fibres, results in highly realistic colours and textures of our canine and feline friends and other animals too. I Originally hand felted varied dog breed inspired hats with their characterful ears after meeting all these wonderful beasts on my daily dog walks. I strive to create wearable art that is fun and fresh and that little bit different.

I regularly attend fairs around Sussex and exhibit in the Brighton Open Houses. I've run workshops in schools creating whole class wall hangings, also at events such as the Fairy Tale Fair and the hugely popular Brighton Mini Maker Faire bringing my workshop to over 100 people in one day! I always strive to reach new audiences and experiment with exhibiting my work alongside running drop in workshops. I really love showing people the wet felting process and seeing their fascination as their pile of wool transforms into a felted work of art. The uses of felt are endless, so too is the learning process which makes the nature of felt making so unexpected and so rewarding and each year I have many new exciting ventures.
